NOURISH: A Tribeza Retreat

We invite guests to gather in the beautiful gardens of Hummingbird House on Sunday, April 16th for a day to nourish the mind, body and soul.

Enjoy a host of treats and activities, including a morning snack, yoga class, healthy lunch, your choice of arts and wellness workshops, afternoon wine and mocktails, pop-ups and a swag bag to take home.

FAQ

What should I wear?

Come comfortable...yoga and athleisure clothing will be the best fit for the day's activities.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, Hummingbird House has parking right in front of the venue, but carpooling is still encouraged!

What do I need to bring?

We will have water available, but feel free to bring your own water bottle to use throughout the day.

We will have yoga mats available, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

There will be a few pop-up shops during happy hour so please bring a credit card if you would like to shop or purchase add-on services.

There are no lockers or storage space available for bags so please keep belongings to a minimum.

Is there an age minimum?

All guests need to be at least 16 years old.

What is the cancellation policy/rain plan?

If you think you may need to cancel, please purchase "Refund Protect" when you purchase tickets.

In the case of rain, activities may be modified and will be moved indoors.
